About Us
Our Track Record
Out of the hundreds of assignments that we have completed since 1990, here are a few that we are particularly proud of.
TELUS Mobility (TM)
TELUS Mobility's improvement journey during the 1990's was a spectacular success that we are proud to have been part of. We started working with TM in 1992, when this small company conducted its first Baldrige assessment with our help. This became an annual process, and the company began to achieve significant improvements to its management system each year. By 1998 TM had doubled in size several times, dominated its market, and was consistently highly profitable. It was also clearly achieving world class levels of performance, as measured by more than 20 standard metrics that are used as benchmarks in its industry. That same year the company was awarded a Canada Awards for Excellence trophy (the Canadian equivalent of the Baldrige Award).

Ontario Public Service (OPS)
The Ontario Public Service is widely recognized to be in the vanguard of progressive governments around the world. During 2000 and 2001 we led assessments of 12 departments of OPS (including Cabinet Office), comprising about half of the provincial government. This assignment also involved developing the OPS Quality Service Model: the criteria used by OPS to assess its management system.
The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG)
We are proud to have been selected to work with the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, an organization that is highly respected for its integrity and expertise. We led the OAG's first assessment of its VFM audit practice, conducted in 1999.
Canada Post Corporation (CPC)
In 1997-98 we demonstrated how to apply our methodology on a large scale by leading a complete assessment of Canada Post Corporation. CPC is Canada's seventh largest employer, with more than 60,000 employees, 22 major plants and facilities, and operations in every part of the country.
Public Service

- he established the annual Quality Forum in Ottawa in 1990 and co-chaired this event for five years
- he served as a director of the Canada Quality Council from 1992 to 1997
- he chaired the National Quality Month campaign in Canada for seven years: from 1993 to 1999
- he participated in ASQ's annual strategic planning process in 2000 and 2001.
