Baldrige Online Survey System
We provide a custom-developed online survey system which enables our clients to conduct rapid, confidential surveys of all their employees, using a Baldrige-based questionnaire.
We created this system specifically to improve the thoroughness and reliability of our workshop-style assessment process, which is normally used by small organizations. However, the system has proven equally valuable for large organizations, enabling them to reach large numbers of employees, and people who are scattered geographically.
All of our recent clients have chosen to use this survey system to improve the thoroughness of their assessments.
