System Security

Our online survey systems have multiple safeguards to ensure that the responses are kept secure, and to protect the anonymity of respondents:

• communications between the respondent's computer and the survey website are encrypted, to prevent anyone from 'listening in'
• the link that provides access to the survey can only be used once: when a respondent has completed the survey, no-one else can reuse this link
• responses are stored in a secure database, held by DHA Inc.
• clients cannot obtain this database, which remains the property of DHA Inc.
• clients can only obtain predefined survey reports created from the database: they cannot access the raw data
• the survey reports provided to the client do not reveal who took part in the survey
• the survey reports do not provide information that could link any response to a specific individual (unless respondents choose to enter comments that identify them).
