Security Measures
We go to considerable lengths to ensure that your responses are kept secure and to protect your anonymity:

• the email link that you used to access the survey can only be used once: when you have completed the survey, no-one else can re-use this link
• communications between between your computer and our survey system are encrypted
• your responses are stored in a secure database, held by David Hutton Associates
• our clients cannot obtain this database, which remains the property of David Hutton Associates: our clients receive only predefined survey reports created from the database
• these survey reports do not provide information that could link any response to the originator (unless people choose to identify themselves in the comments that they write)
• the survey reports do not reveal who took part in the survey.
